The County of Bath has created an email for Public Comment on Public Notices advertised in local newspapers or posted on the County’s Facebook page or website.  If you would like to have your voice heard but are uncomfortable attending a county meeting, please email: publiccomment@bathcountyva.gov.  We will then forward your email to the Bath County Supervisors.

The Bath County Board of Supervisors will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Tuesday, March 11th at 6 p.m. in the General District courtroom (room 115) of the Bath County Courthouse.

The Bath County Economic Development Authority will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Wednesday, March 12th in The Hub, 12291 Sam Snead Highway, Warm Springs, VA 24484 at 5:30 p.m.

The Bath County CPMT will hold their Monday, March 17th meeting at 3 p.m. in the Rockbridge Area Community Services Board Building, 12187 Sam Snead Highway, Warm Springs, VA 24484

The Bath County Board of Supervisors and Bath County School Board will hold a joint work session Tuesday, March 18th regarding FY25-26 budget for school operations.  Location:  Bath County High School Library, 464 Charger Lane, Hot Springs, VA. at 6 p.m.

The Bath County Electoral Board will hold their regularly schedule monthly meeting Wednesday, March 19th at 2 p.m. in the meeting room of the Bath County Historical Society.

The Bath County Department of Social Services Board meet in the Director's Office of the Bath County Department of Social Services on the ground floor of the courthouse at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 20th.

The Bath County Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Monday. March 24th at 6 p.m. in the General District Courtroom of the Bath County Courthouse. 



Tax Preparation - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ~ Monday through Friday  Beginning January 30, 2025  By appointment or drop off.  NO WALK-INS!  Tax information may be dropped in the small gray drop box at the rear of the Courthouse.  An interview sheet must be completed and placed in tax envelopes with tax forms.  Envelopes and forms are available at the rear of the courthouse or the Commissioners office.   Bath County Commissioner’s Office Located on the 1st floor of the Courthouse
